Identificação e análise de riscos envolvendo a segurança da estrutura física da sala de guarda da Seção de Arquivo Intermediário do MPDFT

Abstract

Na sociedade da informação, a informação é o principal patrimônio da empresa, incluindo-se nesse contexto os documentos arquivísticos, os quais consistem em acervos que representam as atividades da instituição. O objetivo do presente estudo, após a análise de referências teóricas acerca da legislação arquivística, bem como das boas práticas da segurança da informação, consistiu na identificação e análise de riscos relacionados à segurança da estrutura física da sala de guarda da SEARQ do MPDFT, incluindo seus aspectos tecnológicos e humanos. Os dados, após coletados e tabulados, possibilitaram a construção de uma matriz de classificação dos riscos relacionada a cada vulnerabilidade/ameaça. Após a identificação dos pontos em que o acervo está exposto, como produto final do estudo, foi proposto um plano de ações emergenciais, considerando a necessidade de se garantir a preservação dos documentos, com ênfase na continuidade das atividades da instituição no âmbito da qual foram criados (Silva, 2012, p. The pürpose of this study, after analysis of theoretical references about the archival legislation and best practice information security, involved the identification and analysis of risks related to the security of the documents guardroom physical structure of the SEARQ/MPDFT, including technological and human aspects. The data, after collected and tabulated , allowed the construction of a risks classification matrix associated with each vulnerability / threat. After identifying the points where the documentary collection is exposed, as the final product of the study, it was proposed a plan for emergency actions, considering the need to ensure the preservation of documents, with emphasis on the continuity of the institution activities within which they were created (Silva, 2012, p. [viii]).
